Refund policy

Returns
In accordance with Australian Consumer Law we do not provide refunds for change of mind. We will repair, replace or exchange your item(s) if the item(s) have a major problem, if the problem is not major we will repair your item(s) within a reasonable time frame.
A major problem is defined as:
- has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item had they known about it;
- is unsafe;
- is significantly different from the sample or description;
- doesn't do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can't be easily fixed.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We accept exchanges within 7 days of receiving your purchase. Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Westfield Woden, Shop L42B, Lower Ground, Keltie St, Woden Westfield ACT 2606, Australia

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
